You have my 'yes' forever, God.
It was not a rushed or superficial "yes," but one that has grown in understanding and depth
over time. Jesus gave me His "yes" first: a "yes" that opened the doors to His family, a "yes"
to sharing eternity with Him, a "yes" to a relationship that transcends everything I ever
imagined. And in response to that immense act of love, how could I not give my "yes" to God
when He is worth everything?
Every day, I choose to spend my life on Him. I am not superhuman, and in my own strength,
I couldn't do this, because I know I am still on earth and need His sovereignty to achieve it.
Every second I offer Him is not a sacrifice but a privilege. Jesus is worthy of all that I am,
and for that reason, my commitment to Him is absolute, without reservations, without turning
back. However, I did not always understand this so clearly.
It was in San Andrés Islands, during the mission trip, where my heart finally became aware
of the weight and beauty of that "yes" I had given to God. Before, my commitment was real,
but not fully understood. What would come after that "yes"? I didn't know. But in San Andrés,
I saw the Spirit of God moving in a way I had never experienced before. I witnessed the
power of His Spirit transforming lives, healing hearts, and restoring those who were broken.
Every workshop, every prayer, every testimony showed me that God always has more to
give us, more than we can ask or imagine.
Saying "yes" to God is not just accepting His love; it is also surrendering to His purpose, to
His will, and yielding my selfishness, diminishing so that He may grow each day, to share
Christ with others. It is being willing to be an instrument in His hands, allowing Him to use us
for His glory, regardless of the cost. Saying "yes" means being ready for the unexpected, to
be taken to places we never thought we would go, to serve people we never knew, and to
see miracles that only manifest when we surrender all that we are to Him.
A 'yes' can change everything. My 'yes' to God has transformed every aspect of my life. And
I know that every person has the opportunity to experience the same. That is why my
constant prayer is that more hearts dare to say "yes" to Jesus. Because that 'yes' not only
transforms our lives, but it has the power to impact everyone around us. Every 'yes' we give
in obedience to God opens doors to new opportunities for grace, love, and restoration. It is a
'yes' to the abundant life He promised us.
Today, I invite you to dare to give your 'yes' to God, without fear, without doubts. Because
when we say 'yes,' we are not saying 'yes' to a perfect life, but to a life full of purpose, filled
with His presence. And believe me, there is nothing more wonderful than living each day
knowing that our 'yes' to God is the best we can offer.
